- Reservations are only possible via the Artistique website.
- Reservations by telephone are not possible.
- Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Visitors of all ages must order a ticket for fire safety reasons.
- Paid tickets are non-refundable.
- Until May 8th we guarantee that 2 tickets can be purchased for each student. After this date the guarantee expires.
- In the week of May 13-17, orders received up to May 8 will be handed out in class. Orders received after May 8 can be picked up at the box office 30 minutes before the start of the show.
- Not all students participate in every show. So before you order, check the information in the email carefully, so that you are sure that you order tickets for the correct show.
- If your order has been shipped and paid, you will receive a confirmation of receipt in your mailbox within two hours. In some cases, this confirmation may end up in your spam box. If you do not find the confirmation there either, please send an email to Kaart sales.artistique@gmail.com
- Artistique reserves the right to reserve tickets in advance for invited guests.
- In circumstances where these rules do not provide a definitive answer, the decision of the management of Artistique shall prevail.
